Activities can be generated from incoming e-mails, the integrated forms or via interface. Any number of mailboxes are supported, if necessary with assignment to teams. Different interfaces can be addressed. For example, a barcode scanner can send an e-mail to the Business Process Management. Using the submitted inventory number, the task can be placed in the inbox of the responsible team.
The individual members of a team can pick up the tasks from the Team Inbox. Manual assignment using a dispatcher role is also possible.
Absence Management: Delegating tasks and an absence management function ensure processing at any time.
In addition to internal events (e.g. from by a form) external systems can trigger events or these are controlled by time (e.g. resubmission).
